"The service was excellent and quick. I do have one small issue with the fact that the person who called me after I submitted my ServiceMagic request did not enter my appointment. However, when I called Spartan to ask where the rep was, I received a profuse apology and had a rep at my door within half an hour. He explained everything clearly about how the leak happened, and due to the reasonable quote, I asked him to go ahead and complete the job right then and there. He was also very conscientious about putting all the grass back as best as he could, given the muddy mess the leak had made. Very happy with the service!"
