"It took longer than scheduled due to WSSC's confusing coordination. I am still waiting for the water meter to be installed. I was expectitng all this work to be finished but have been informed by Mr. Rooter that WSSC has not been able to schedule it up untitl now. Hope not to have problems in the future. If I do, I will change my ratings tot 4 1/2 stars."
