"Frank responded to my request immediately on a Fri, after 5p. He spent time to evaluate my problem and arranged to come back first thing Mon. Arriving on time, he did exactly what he explained he would do. He worked efficiently, was clean, and very courteous. After some time and still not reaching a solution, he needed to attend to another customer but promised to come right back. He was back in less than 20 min and continued to worked until he resolved my problem. I could not be more satisfied with his workmanship. I'm sure he spent much more time then he estimated, but billed me exactly what he said he would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Frank!"
