"Rod made mistakes by not following our instructions prior to having his people place the re-enforcing needed to place the grab bars in the correct place. He told us that he had one of the best tile people doing the tiling and we would be impressed by his work. He did not follow our instructions for a decorative line of tiles.He did not put them in.This person was not there for three quarters of the project. Window tiles were put in backwards and wall border tile was broken when put in.Also, trim tile on floor baseboard was left out and would not have been put in if my wife had not threaten to call me.Notenough more to continue with rest."

The tile work was excellent. The paint job seemed a little sloppy, but they cleaned it up quickly when we mentioned it. Very good overall experience."
