"Overall, we're happy with the outcome of this job. Unfortunately it took alot longer than what it had said. They had to re-do a couple of things, because they didn't do it right the first time. And that is just unexceptable, because it wasn't just one time, it was a couple of times. And they never, ever, ever showed up on time. But, like I said, the end result is very nice and very pleased with that. So thank you. "
