"They started the job without a contract, the demolition was completed when I called for a work stop until a cantract was in place, with provisions for change orders if needed, and they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about. They needed 3 different sub-contractors, and none of them was lincluded in their bid,even though they was foretold of the possible need for two of them. on a scale of 1-100 I would give their work 80. or maybe a 75. When I told them what I wanted in this project they almost always tried to persuade me to accept something in liew of; usually something that made their job easier, and required less skil ."
