The customer service would have been a 4 if I had received a call each time when workmen would be arriving to my home and to have a follow up call whenever a portion of the work was completed to get my feedback. I believe the monetary value was good compared to other estimates but I ended up paying $1,000 more on the original quote so make sure you understand the exact cost with the selected materials before you proceed. "

"Although Eric and his workers were very polite and materials were quality – there was quite a bit of sloppy workmanship. A lot of miscommunication and lack of communication was a big problem overall. Although they tried to make up for it in the end and did make some fair to good corrections. But, unfortunately I was already extremely frustrated with them at that point. With a deadline for a renter to move in it was way to stressful and they would not have completed on time or correctly and barely did if I hadn't stayed on them daily. "
