"Suburban Property services remodeled my very old and outdated bathroom. They gutted the bathroom and rebuilt from scratch. The new bathroom looks lovely, and has many new safty features. Service was timely, my original request was to be finished before Thanksgiving and that goal was reached.The workers were considerate and very trustworthy. I did not have to be home all the time. When they finished there was no leftover mess, they cleaned up after themselves daily. I would highly reccomend Suburban Property services for any home projects."

"Ben Sprinkle is a perfectionist! He accomplished a partial remodel of my master bath and made major plumbing repairs to my other 2 bathrooms. (Ihave a 50 yr old house). The estimate provided was very close to the final cost. He arrived promptly on time and called when he was delayed. Ben is not one to waste time - he begins a project and stays till it's complete. At the end of each day, left work areas clean of debris and as functional as possible. My kitchen is next, and Ben Sprinkle will be my contractor!"

"Ben did a wonderful job on my bathroom. It was a totall overhaul . He tore everything out and started from scratch. He redesigned my bathroom to have room for double sinks and a big custom tiled shower and floors. His tile work is amazing and he built 2 medicine cabinets out of the same cherry wood as my cabinets. He also reconfigured my walkin closet to be more efficient. It far surpassed anything I could have imagined. I would highly recommend him !! "
