"It took longer than I expected, but I did not have a deadline, so that was not a problem. It was during extremely hot weather, breaking records, so I understood the need for a lot of water and rest breaks. The contractor did all the work by himself, which was unexpected. The deck was built like I was told it would be, and so far I am satisfied. He is to return around July 30 to put the sealer on."
