| Comment: Outdated kitchen, basic layout is ok, needs tweaking: planning to move wall to accommodate wall oven, fridge and pantry cabinet. Doing so, I will have to reconfigure the area where the wall oven is currently. Need to replace vent with a microwave vent, therefore alter the cabinet. Am open to all new cabinets if cost effective. Will need new lighting, backsplash, and countertops. In the area where the wall is possibly moved we need to look at matching the existing terrazzo floor tile, or carefully removing it from where we are moving the wall. |
