"This was the most pleasurable experience with a landscaper I've ever had! I was disillusioned with prior landscapers who were all talk, costly and no follow through. I was expecting the typical excuses and delays. But, I was happily surprised because Mr. Hackney and his crew were professional, experienced and completed the job with no excuses, as well as minimal disturbance of my time. They even worked through the rain and happily planted some last minute palm trees I requested, that weren't part of the original project.
