"The yard looks very good and Baldemar charged the price he had quoted. He gave helpful tips for fertilizing, cutting and watering the new sod. His crew was professional and worked hard. The project took a little longer than I expected and I would have liked a call when the workers did not come as scheduled. Other than that we are very happy with the result. We chose Loredo's for the superior prep work. They killed the existing lawn, raked it properly and put a solid layer of topsoil, lime and fertilizer in place before they laid down the sod. Other contractors gave quotes for laying down the sod without putting topsoil."
