"They did a nice job overall ... communication was poor at the beginning with the estimator being 3+ hours late and the reschedule also being late. Once we got into the project, they were more responsive. The sod looks great and is holding up well."

"I don't have a sprinkler system and therefore there was not to be any warranty on the sod, however I noticed about 10 to 12 squares that were not showing any signs of life. I called and spoke with the Customer Service Manager, Brian, and they replaced them for me. We are redoing the backyard and will be contacting them for sod when we are ready."
