"The project is Fabulous! I just purchased a new home with a neglected yard. I talked with James (Jim) after receiving several high bids for new re-grade & all new sod-Jim is very knowledgeable when it comes to the lawn & turf improvement-since I verified everything we discussed via the internet. He talked me into not re-grading & new sod but to do core-aeration, overseed, install top soil & a sprinkler system to bring my current lawn back to life with proper maintenance. Again, the yard had been seriously neglected so he offered to do some optional(s) for an additional charge that were very reasonable, e.g. take down a tree & some bushes and grind stumps, Since the project is being done late in the season he will come back in May/June to turn on the system & set up so we would not have to winterize it now. He also offered a turf management program that is very reasonable unlike competitors. He has a project manager Jason who is wonderful & a great communicator, he & his crew got right on it (weather permitting) & did from what I can see so far a really good job-I really enjoyed the fact they cleaned up after themselves but did forget to wash down my sidewalks from all of the mud-I can deal with that. I will know more when they actually turn it on in the spring time 2010. The system has a 5 yr warranty so not to worried- as far as the price, professionalism & communication I give them 5 stars. I will certainly use them again & recommend them. "
