| Comment: Hi. I have done a little research and I am pretty sure what I need done to my exterior foundation is referred to as parging. I line in St. Louis Park, about a 1700 sq ft home, and the cement foundation is flaking off in spots. I would like to get it repaired before it becomes a bigger issue. There are about 4 spots in particular, but I would like the whole thing top coated if that is the right term. I am curious is there is a way to estimate what this might cost to get completed and also how to complete a job like this. If it is possible to do in the colder weather great, if not first thing in spring would be preferred. I would like to get this all lined up and quoted so we can get the job complete.
