"Pros: very easy to contact by phone and email and returned contact in very timely manner, price was good, the end result is good, quick results, we are overall very happy Cons: there were a couple of communication glitches, but CICSCo was always willing to correct any problems! I would like to suggest CICSCo have the customer settle on products before beginning a project and/or using some sort of "work order" to track customer's color/material choices between the office and the work team. At times I felt like I was dealing with 2 people and what I told to one did not make it to the other resulting in at least one problem with materials"
