"After requesting from servicemagic, I received a phone call the next morning. It was a Saturday and kind of chilly. The woman wanted to make sure that it was not an emergency and that we had heat. Since we only needed our furnace maintenanced, I thanked her and she said someone would be calling me. Monday morning Mr. Greer himself called me and was very inoformative and helpful. We scheduled a house call in which he arrived promptly. He even called before he got there to make sure it was still a good time. I highly recommend Greer's and will continue to use them for both my heating and airconditioning needs. "
