"The project was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I was very satisfied; the salesperson and the installers did a great job. I had done quite a bit of research myself, as much as I could; and the salesperson, Matt Salzano, anwsered a lot of my questions without me having to ask. He explained to me about the AC unit; how it works, the energy rating and what that means, the tax credit and rebate. The installers were NATE certified, friendly, used the drop cloth and cleaned up nicely when done. They were on time and work diligently to get my unit installed in about 4 hours. I only wished I had gotten info on more than one unit-hindsight. "
