Pursuant to the annual free "inspection" I have been advised of a rodent issue in the attack requiring an "exclusion" which would include removing urine soaked insulation and re-insulating the attic which is approximately 1,800. In addition, they have advised of the existence of drywood termites which have not "swarmed" and are going to provide an estimate for treatment. Before I consider Terminix's proposals, I wanted to see if you had any interest in performing an inspection to see if the proposed work is indeed needed and if you would like to offer a competitive bid. I can provide you what Terminix estimates for consideration and comparison. Thanks much in advance. |
