"Mike Bentkowki of WireMax Electrical called first. When I explained my problem, he suggested I call the power company, which I did. The problem turned out to be one caused by a tree planted by the builder's landscaper over the electrical wires and after 11 years, the roots finally crushed the wire and allowed water to permeate them, causing a drain. Long story short, the tree was removed, the wire replaced and we're back in business. "
