"Thom was very responsive to the call for assistance through ServiceMagic. I had to change the appt ; he worked with me to reschedule at our mutual convenience. He & Joni, his wife, called to advise when they would arrive - ON TIME - and were ready to work within minutes of coming in to inspect the job. Thom and Joni wore ACS t-shirts (I appreciate seeing a uniform) as additional identification. The job cost was a bit over his verbal estimate; the job was more difficult than anticipated& time required was longer. I am very pleased with All Spotless Carpets work & will have them back to clean my carpets - drycleaning with green products."
