"handled Himself as if the carpets were his own, discussed ways for me, as the home owner, to keep up on the cleaning. Very polite and I felt comfortable leaving him alone in my home when I went to run errands. He started and Finished on time, working in an organized manor. Respectful of my cat and friendly to my friends and nosy neighbors...who showed up to find out what I was having done. Hope more business came his way!
