"I had a horrible pet urine stain that soaked through to the sub flooring. Michael promised he could get that carpet smelling fresh again and he did. We pulled back the old carpet and replaced the pad, cleaned and sealed the sub floor and relayed the carpet. There is no smell and no stain at all! I had tried cleaning it myself and thought i'd have to replace the rug, but did not have to do any of that. This referral service was excellent."
