Review from Seattle, WA - Remove Unwanted Water

1-800 Water Damage
Customer Rating:
Project: Remove Unwanted Water
City: Seattle, WA
"The were great guys working hard on little sleep. Hope I never have the need to use them again though. Would have been 5 stars but we purchased a special pad for the basement that is supposed to be water proof mold proof and a few days days after they finished we had more water coming up through the seams in the pad . which means water had been trapped under the pad. We had to pull up the carpet and pad up anyway. Not sure why their moisture meter did not detect this. But the drywall and framing was all saved so we are happy."
