"I never met Rich in person, but despite that, he kept in touch regularly, showed up on time and completed the job when he said he would. We had a postponement because of weather and Rich was able to change the date without a problem. He was conscientious enough to call me when he was uncertain about the color we had chosen and wanted to check. The quality of his work has been praised by the residents of our small condominium building, a hard group to please. Generally an excellent job and service."
