"My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with Kenji. He was very responsive and professional. My only complaint had to do with the pressure washing procedure. Water came through the crack under our front door, resulting in damp wood floors on the inside. Our screen door was damaged as well. Plus I was a bit disappointed that the old paint chips were left about the lawn which I had to clean up later. I've yet to see how the Semco product will wear under our Pacific Northwest weather, rain, cold, expansion and contraction. Everything looks good new, the test will be how it looks and wears a year from now and years to come."

"Kenji works very hard to please his customers. He applied a nice coating to our carport concrete floor. It was cracked and discolored before his work and now looks like a car showroom floor. Some chemical was spilled on our aggregrate driveway, causing some discoloration. Kenji power washed and scrubbed the whole driveway, but some discoloration remains. He also cleaned and applied a colored coating to our stamped concrete patio. This was a bit of a challenge. For some reason, the coating bubbled. Kenji spent a lot of time sanding and refinishing these bubbles. We still have a few, but the overall effect is very pleasing and easy to maintain"
