"My wife and I used another drywall crew for our remodel and they're doing a good job, but don't offer the texturing we wanted. I called Jack and left a message inquiring if he offered texturing. He called back an hour later and referred me to an associate of his rather than taking on the job and marking up the work. He spent another five minutes on the phone with me after it was apparent that he wouldn't be doing the work and offered up some helpful suggestions in what should happen before the texturing was applied to make it easier for the next guy. Very genuine and honest! If only everyone on our remodel project was as professional as Jack!"
