He and his crew showed up on time and got the job done with a minimum of fuss. When there were complications beyond the scope of the initial project, he went the extra mile to explain our options without any pressure to expand the project if we didn't want to. When we decided to go ahead with the increased work scope, he coordinated with another contractor to seamlessly and painlessly complete the job."
