"The serviceman arrived on time and was not trying to rush though the job. He patiently explained everything he was doing and pointed out that my tub drain was also stopped up. He cleared that too which saved me having to pay for another service call. When the job was done, he answered all my questions and waited as I checked out everything to my satisfaction. I would have rated Ernie's Plumbers 5 stars except I thought the price of the roof vent drain cleaning a bit too high."

"They did a good job for me. They replaced the main sewer line to the house. They did their work during the day, but had service reconnected for the residents every night. They bid the job high, but when I told them about my other bids, they dropped their price to be competive. I recomment getting multible bids. "
