"They were prompt and seemed to me knowledgeable, but a bit pricey for the job. It was a job that I totally could have done myself but didn't know how easy it was. They were at my house for about 5-10 minutes to change a cap that probably retails for about $5. They charged me $50! I suppose that most companies have a minimum charge for small jobs, which is why I gave them 4 stars and not lower. But if you think you have a small job, don't hire them. Go to Home Depot to see if you can do it yourself first."
