"I have nothing bad to say about the experience but I also can't give a five star rating because of the cost (which was taken from a book of services so it was not set by the plumber doing the work). The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. The work requested was completred with no problems or concerns since then. I would have no problem with recommending Ben Franklin."
