"This was a very expensive project (replace sewer line from house to sewer main), and after evaluating several companies, I narrowed it down to two of equal quality. Ben Franklin offered a much better firm quote than the other. They were very willing to answer all my questions, but I'm not sure how much info they would have volunteered had I not asked. (Example: they didn't mention that they would have to cut through the sprinkler system line and then repair it, until I asked about that.) They provided a 40-year warranty. The work was completed timely (in fact, they went out of their way to get it done before Christmas for us)."
