"We absoutely love, love love our floors now! Artisan did a wonderful job. They showed up promptly and begain work immediately. The only thing I would say is that communication needs some improvement. It wasn't awful, it was just lacking a bit. I would love to have had some info on how to care for our floors and also would have like to been offered to purchase some professional cleaning products. Overall I would say Artisan is professional, hardworking company that produces beautiful work. I would definitely use them again."

"Amazing work at a price that beat everyone else. The floor that they refinished was from 1941 and had never been taken care of. VM made the floors look brand new!!! If I ever need hardwood floor work again VM will be the first and only place I will call."

"We are very satisfied with our refinished hardwood floors. Vlad and Boris did a beautiful job on the floors and also some wood trim work. The house was nearly dust free and they left the areas clean when they were finished. The amount that was estimated was the same at the completion of the project. We would definately use them again and recommend them to our friends."
