"Crew did a restoration of engineered hardwood floor. Prompt, made sure they cleaned up after sanding floor, Mannie followed up to ensure job was done to our satisfaction. We weren't satisfied with a couple of areas that weren't fully covered by the polyurethane coating. He sent out additional staff person to correct the areas. Overall very good and we are satisfied that they restored the floors to as new appearance as was possible."
