"Hale Floors did a wonderful job refinishing my floors. They gave me an estimate 9 months before I was able to do the work, but they honored that estimate. They were willing to accomodate a couple of logistical problems I had. They were always on time, they came to double check their workers, they asked my opinion and treated me as if I were part of the process. I love my floors! They look wonderful. I really liked and trusted all those who worked in my home. My only advice to someone refinishing their floors is to go on vaction while the work is being done. The whole process took a week and it was a bit overwhelming."
