"The only reason I don't give them a 5 star is because our chair that was cleaned is still drying and the cleaner that was used, that smell is still present. Once that goes away I'll know for sure whether the urine smell is gone. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions. On the whole I appreciated the service very much as we had been dealing with this problem for almost a year and was ready to throw the almost new recliner chair out. "
