"Charles and his team was awesome! I needed a land survey done in a hurry. Found Charles on Saturday thru SM and the survey was done on Monday before noon. The crew drove in from Silverdale, arriving in Seattle on time. Later, Charles helped me locate critical property deeds and easement records online. Casual looks keep the costs low. The work order was performed accurately with slight modifications on site. This is an experienced, professional team who did the job on time and under budget. The final product was exactly what I needed. I wish I found them 10 years ago! I have referred them twice since."

"I am a commercial/industrial architect, so I procure surveying services for my clients from time to time, but this work was for a project at my own home. Charles contacted me promptly to discuss my needs, and we negotiated a fair price. His survey crew kept us informed of their progress, and worked with us to make sure our two dogs wouldn't sneak out (or get in their way). They stayed past 6:00 pm to get everything done in one day, and the CAD file of the survey was completed in less than a week. Altogether well done. I recommend them."
