"I have found Jan to be very professional and thorough. I needed a pin survey completed in advance to putting in new fencing. Complications included a bully-neighbor, an "old-time, messy" property, description, missing, paved over and repositioned monument pins, encroachment, overgrowth, dogs and horses. Jan provided excellent service and the final product was everything I needed. Jan even took the time to stake a fence guide. "
