"Came promptly; picked up item free, repaired promptly (did an excellent job), returned it ahead of schedule (free). The total cost was only slightly more than another company would have charged just for pickup and delivery. They didn't need the extra material I had, and returned it (for future potential repairs). A "minor" repair, in one sense, but now I don't have to apologize if someone sits on the couch (and is poked by loose springs) and all the pieces match."

Comment: Hello, We have a chair that we would like to refresh and renew. We bought it second hand, so we're not sure of the original materials or how old it is. I have attached a photo. The black leather(?) is cracking and the carved wood detail (and nearby fasteners/nails/pegs) have been painted silver. The chair is very comfortable, but we would like to completely re-do the look without spending a fortune. I know the cost will largely depend on the materials chosen, but is there a way we could get a ballpark price estimate, range or starting point so we can decide whether this is something we would like to do?
