"At first I had trouble giving up too much control since I am used to making all the decisions in these areas. What I soon found out is that Deborah was not only as thorough as I was, but could think on her feet. Best of all she could do battle and still keep everyone happy including my contractor, and that is no small feat. If I were to do another home, the only thing different I would do is to make sure D.F. Sutton & Assoc. was involved during the preliminary stages with the architect, so most problems could be solved on paper before it is built. Most importantly, my home turned out just as I wanted, a beautiful warm home that I am very happy with."
