"Chris of Lease Construction was the first to respond to my request for service. He was the only Contractor to make an onsite inspection and he gave me a quote onsite. The quote was then followed up with a written quote via e-mail. He arrived with 2 workers in addition to himself and finished the job in 1 day. He came back the next day for some finish work, made sure it was completed as discussed and received payment. Chris and his crew did an excellent job. They used high quality, heavy stone to make the pathway and patio and were respectful of the plantings next to the pathway/patio. I would recommend Lease Construction to my friends."
