"Larry and his son-in-law were prompt and polite and seemed very knowledgeable in dealing with our air conditioner problem. When a second visit was required, they quickly identified the problem (a faulty pump) and fixed it. We do not know if the other alternatives might have been cheaper, but would happily use Appliance Repair Specialists again if the need arose."

"They were very prompt in responding and did not charge an after hours fees unlike some other companies that I had spoken with. The technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that he was looking at and what the next steps were. He made sure that we were aware of what the possible issues and solutions were to our problem and outlined the costs up front. I was very impressed with their efficiency and they were all so very courteous and very service oriented.
