"Larry and his son-in-law were prompt and polite and seemed very knowledgeable in dealing with our air conditioner problem. When a second visit was required, they quickly identified the problem (a faulty pump) and fixed it. We do not know if the other alternatives might have been cheaper, but would happily use Appliance Repair Specialists again if the need arose."
