The work went well on the installation and the only reason that I did not give a five was because I noticed an alignment issue that they had missed. They took care of it immediately. The furnace appears to be running as expected but I have not seen the gas bills to see if it meets the efficiency claims. All in all I am happy with both the furnace that was recommenced and the service to get it installed. "
