"Very responsive to my inital request - called me within minutes of submitting. Some of the other vendors on the list called days later. Called me when they said they would to arrange a time and arrived on time to do the job. The guy who came was excellent and very experienced - he went out of his way to help and get the job done. There were a couple of problems and he could easily have used them as an excuse to pack up and come back another day but he persevered and we got the job done."
