"On August 20, 2009, Cool-Aid Co. Installed a Thermal Zone air conditioner, Catalog #WAC18230R, Product Code 420-0018. The following Tuesday, your serviceman delivered the remote control that had not been available at installation. I was concerned that the air conditioner unit did not fit in the sleeve that already existed in my wall. On August 31, 2009, your servicemen came and covered the back with wire. The air conditioner is performing very well and I am very pleased with Cool-Aid Co.Â’s service. Although there was a disagreement about the cost, we arrived at a resolution to our dispute. It is obvious from my dealings with Cool-Aid Co.Thatt customer service and customer satisfaction are important to them. During the time we were discussing the discrepancy, Ellis Grey contacted me several times to update me on the situation. "
