"Don came out within a few days and was able to provide a written estimate on the spot. He also provided more then one since at the time I was unsure of the size generator I wanted. I liked the fact he gave a range in choices unlike others who insisted I need only the one size. His estimates were fairly priced. I bought the 20KW. Don handled everthing including the permit. Him and his crew (Tony/Matt) are a great team. You can tell they have worked together for awhile. The complete install and test was done in approx. 5.5 hrs. and the unit does it's weekly test as stated. I can't wait till power goes out! I would recommend."
