"Eric called me about 3 minutes after I submitted my request, and it was on a Sunday morning. He came out the next morning, addressed the problem, repaired it, and charged a price I felt was extremely fair. He didn't for a second try to up-sell or suggest there might be something more expensive wrong, in fact when I suggested he check for leaks in the line (which would have cost more), he said he didn't think it was necessary, as he was confident he fixed the problem. And he did. Very refreshing to have that level of service and honesty. I will absolutely never use another AC contractor now that I have Eric's number. "
