"Their technician, Rich, was out to my house within an hour and had my root fop A/C up and running. He was courteous and very informative as to what the fix was. I never felt that he was rushing through the task, but constantly working on fixing the problem and at my request looking for areas of concern. We also spoke of new A/C units as mine is 18 years old and will soon need replacement. I will surely go to Parken and Sons for this work, based on my experience with Rich."
