"He arrived on time, and then quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I don't think I needed the demonstration on how to clean the coil with the water hose for the hourly rate he was charging, and I think maybe it was to add time to the job, although it needed to be done. It was a bit more pricey than I thought it would be, but it was fixed properly."

"They responded to my request almost instantly and were able to schedule an appointment the next day. They were professional and direct. I believe they were quite honest in the root of the problem and the associated cost; however, given that I know nothing about HVAC, I wouldn't know. The gentleman that was here offered tips for cleaning my a/c unit and maintenance of my furnace which I really appreciated. I didn't shop around so I don't know how fair the cost was, but it did seem fair though the part was more expensive that I thought it should be - again, though, it likely was a valid cost."
