"Tyler was the most professional in his bidding procedure. He also offered a guarentee on the work he completed and a certification that the remainder of the roof was acceptable. He emailed his bid. He was a little slow in responding to phone messages or emails, but at the time he was ill. He scheduled the work and was able to complete the job promptly and from all appearances, the work seems appropriate. Fortunately for me, the roof was repaired the day before a severe snowstorm.
